Trent R. Feldman is a nationally recognized expert in providing strategic
advice to financial institutions and other companies, and advising on mergers and
acquisitions for companies of all sizes. Trent has valued over 500 enterprises,
has been qualified as an expert in state and federal courts, and has advised
in over 100 mergers during his 30 years of experience.
Prior to forming Feldman
Financial Advisors, Trent was a founding shareholder of Kaplan Associates and has worked
at the Federal Home Loan Bank Board and the California Legislature. Trent holds Bachelors
and Masters degrees from the University of California at Los Angeles.
